Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all T'EYES garment tags and protective seals are intact and undamaged.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
